If you
are currently being followed by Dr. Chandler (seen in last 12 months and have a
follow up appointment and are less than 20 years old) I can call in a refill if you call the
office.
Certain prescriptions can not be called in
These can not be called in: Ritalin,
Methylphenidate, Concerta, Biphentin,
Vyvanse, Dexedrine, Dexedrine Spansules,
Adderall
All others can be called in
I fill these out for patients who have been
seen in last 12 months by me. I do not get paid by MSI to do this. The charge
is $50.00 cash. There is usually a 2 month wait list as I do one of these each
day only. Bring in the application. I will fill it out. When it is finished, my
secretary will call you. You can then bring in $50 and she will give you the
filled out form.
this office is not where I see emergencies. If there is an emergency, you should
take your child to the nearest Emergency Room and they will be triaged from
there.
